Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. Our after school programs started back the 1st of this month and so far things are going very well. WOW started our slower than I had expected but we are growing. I hope to update this site more often this year. Those of you that see this post we will be having WOW every Wednesday right after school until 5pm. Also we have Rock Solid Dinner starting at 6pm and after dinner the Church offers several different Bible Studies Children and Jr. High join me Ms. Karla for Bible Study games and Homework time.

End of the Year

First I want to say I am so Sorry for not updating this more often but December has been a very busy month with WOW ending for Christmas Break, Christmas Pageant Prep and Preformance which went Fantastic Thank You GOD! I am still trying to get a handle on all this online stuff.

I would like to share some photos from WOW and Kids Church during their Christmas Celebrations. The two photos on the Left are from Kids Church and the top two on the Right are from our WOW Christmas Closing Day. Thank You GOD for all the Blessings you have given us this year.

Thanksgiving

As we draw near the end of November we prepare to Celebrate Thanksgiving. I want to like to share some of the things I am Thankful for; The Blessings I have had working with the Children Ministry.

This month has been very good with the Children in Kids Church put on a Wonderful Puppet Show and also it was such a blessing to have them sing Behold, Behold with no music, GOD is at work with our children. Now we start to prepare for a Christmas Pageant on December 14th, everyone is very excited, especially the children.

WOW is going well too, the Kids are very hyper and excited with Christmas drawing near Holidays always bring out excitment and energy from the Children. We will be celebrating with a Christmas Party on December 17th.

Hello Everyone,

Just an update things are going great we are preparing for a busy couple of months. Working on Thanksgiving Presentation and also starting to work on a Christmas Pageant. WOW is going really well, a couple of weeks ago attendance dropped but this past Wednesday it looked like everyone was back or at least most of them. GOD is so GOOD, we need to keep those who are fighting off illnesses with the change of season comes unwanted visitors the Cold Virus, etc., let us Pray that we are all able to fight it off and get back together soon!!

Children's Ministry Growing

Good Morning!! I start this day with Praise and Thankfulness, as I look back on the past couple of months in amazement not only have I survived but the Blessings that have come out of those months are many. Since I started as the Children's Ministry Director in August, our children's church program is growing Thanks to GOD and all the Volunteers he is working through, who give their TIME and LOVE to these children. We have had Confirmation Class with 10 young people, only 1 had to leave early. This over night confirmation class was an amazing experience and GOD was working miracles. Since the class we have had 10 children and 1 adult to join the church and 10 Baptisms. WOW is also growing each week we see new faces and the numbers are growing I think we start with around 60 children but even with some drop off of those that started the first week our numbers are still growing this week we had approximately 65, we would have had at least 70 if we had not had several out due to illness.
We also offer video and activities after dinner for children while the parents have an opportunity to enjoy a bible study. See Below for Children's Ministries Schedule.
